Johnson's Riverside, Inc. has five facilities in the Thief River Falls, MN area that offer supported living services and adult foster care. These facilities are staffed 24 hours a day unless stated in a person's plan . Each facility has four people that reside in the home. Each facility has a family like atmosphere. Johnson's Riverside is also able to provide in-home, out-of-home, or crisis respite care if a person is looking for temporary assistance.
