Job Opening!

Full-time Custodial/Maintenance Worker for the Legacy Event Center and office at Johnson's Riverside, Inc. 

​

Primary responsibilities include:

• Ensure that the building is in accordance to safety regulations set forth by the state.

• Maintain the heating and cooling systems.

• Ensure that the plumbing systems is working properly.

• Ensure that any and all major appliances are in good safe working order.

• Replace filters on all forced air systems on a monthly timeline.

• Maintain the grounds at the Legacy Event Center and Johnson’s Riverside, Inc. 

• Completing maintenance requests.

• Ensure proper function of emergency lighting.

• Regularly inspect and test all smoke detectors.

• Schedule Sub-Contracting with outside sources upon Maintenance Lead approval.

• Help with persons served transportation upon request.

• Ensure that all buildings remain secure until appropriate time.

• Interact and communicate with a variety of individuals and groups including fellow employees, administration, members of the public, etc.

• Abide by, enforce and participate in the implementation and ongoing oversight of all Legacy Event Center & Johnson’s Riverside, Inc. safety standards and regulations.

Wage: Varies depending on experience
