Job Opening!
Full-time Custodial/Maintenance Worker for the Legacy Event Center and office at Johnson's Riverside, Inc.

Primary responsibilities include:
Ensure that the building is in accordance to safety regulations set forth by the state.
Maintain the heating and cooling systems.
Ensure that the plumbing systems is working properly.
Ensure that any and all major appliances are in good safe working order.
Replace filters on all forced air systems on a monthly timeline.
Maintain the grounds at the Legacy Event Center and Johnson’s Riverside, Inc.
Completing maintenance requests.
Ensure proper function of emergency lighting.
Regularly inspect and test all smoke detectors.
Schedule Sub-Contracting with outside sources upon Maintenance Lead approval.
Help with persons served transportation upon request.
Ensure that all buildings remain secure until appropriate time.
Interact and communicate with a variety of individuals and groups including fellow employees, administration, members of the public, etc.
Abide by, enforce and participate in the implementation and ongoing oversight of all Legacy Event Center & Johnson’s Riverside, Inc. safety standards and regulations.

Johnson's Riverside, Inc. is currently seeking candidates for weekend Direct Support Professionals.
Primary responsibilities include:​
Meal preparation
Medication administration and/or assistance.
Housekeeping
Getting the persons served to and from activities.

Hours: 10:00am-10:00pm OR 10:00pm-10:00am
Days: Saturday and Sunday every other weekend.
Wage: Varies depending on experience
